Texas Administrative Rules
The Office of the Secretary of State has adopted rules necessary to administer the filing requirements mandated by the various statutes designated in About the Uniform Commercial Code Section.
The Secretary of State is preparing to launch the new SOSPortal. To support this release, business filing services will be unavailable beginning at noon on Friday, September 25.
