Maintenance Notice for Various Applications
In connection with system maintenance, SOSDirect, SOS Upload and various other applications will be unavailable on Tuesday, July 8, from 5:00 p.m. through 6:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 9, due to scheduled maintenance. During this period, it may not be possible to submit business or UCC filings, view documents on file, or order certificates from the Texas Secretary of State’s SOSDirect system.
All electronic filings submitted on July 8, before SOSDirect and SOSUpload become unavailable will receive a file date of July 8, 2025, if the documents conform to statutory filing requirements. Any orders for certified copies or certificates of fact ordered through SOSDirect after services become unavailable will not be processed until maintenance is completed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our online customers.
