JBSS, LLC, doing business as Iron Tribe Fitness- Champions, located at 20222 Champion Forest Dr. #200, Spring, Texas 77379 (Registration Number 20200087), ceased operation effective 12/31/2021. The Office of the Texas Secretary of State (Office) has been notified of this closing. If you are a former member of Iron Tribe Fitness- Champions in Spring, Texas, who had time remaining on a prepaid membership contract, you may file a claim with the Office for the value of the balance of the contract. To perfect a claim, you must send the Office a copy of the membership contract, and proof of payment indicating the amount paid to Iron Tribe Fitness- Champions under the membership contract.The required information may be submitted as indicated below:
