Notice of Returned Electronic Ballot

Dear FPCA Voter:

We recently emailed an unmarked ballot for the (election date) election per your request under the federal Military and Overseas Voters Empowerment (MOVE) Act. Our records indicate the email was returned undeliverable. There are a number of reasons this may have occurred. The attachments (the ballot, instructions, list of declared write-ins, if any) may have made the email too large for your account. You may also have a filter that does not accept emails with attached documents from unknown sources.

We are sending this notice to verify this is your correct email address. If you receive this notice, please reply directly so that we may work with you to re-send the balloting materials, or if necessary, assist you in completing a new FPCA so that the ballot may be mailed to you instead.
