CKIUFC, INC, doing business as UFCGYM PEARLAND, located at 8201 Broadway St. #181, Pearland, Texas 77581 (Registration Number 20160070), ceased operation effective 04/14/2026. The Office of the Texas Secretary of State (Office) has been notified of this closing. If you are a former member of UFCGYM PEARLAND in Pearland, Texas, who had time remaining on a prepaid membership contract, you may file a claim with the Office for the value of the balance of the contract. To perfect a claim, you must send the Office a copy of the membership contract, and proof of payment indicating the amount paid to UFCGYM PEARLAND under the membership contract.
