Rule Transfer

Under Texas Occupations Code §201.152 and §201.1525, the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners (Board) is authorized to promulgate necessary rules to regulate the practice of chiropractic. As part of its ongoing rule review process, the Board has determined that its current rules are not well organized, and that applicants, licensees and the public find them very difficult to navigate. Therefore, the Board finds that a reorganization of its existing rules in 22 Texas Administrative Code Part 3, Chapters 71 to 82, is needed to improve their readability and to make it easier for readers to find the information they seek.

The transfer is effective November 1, 2018.
