Rule Transfer
Under Texas Occupations Code §§201.152 and 201.1525, the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners (Board) is authorized to promulgate necessary rules to regulate the practice of chiropractic. As part of its ongoing rule review process, the Board has determined that two of its current rules are ill-placed within 22 Texas Administrative Code Part 3, Chapters 71 to 82, and that a transfer is needed to improve their accessibility.
The transfer is effective July 15, 2020.
