The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) has completed its rule review of 1 TAC Chapter 53, Municipal Securities. The proposed notice of intent to review rules was published in the September 4, 2020, issue of the Texas Register (45 TexReg 6249).
The OAG has assessed whether the reasons for adopting these rules continue to exist. The OAG received no comments regarding this review.
As a result of this review, the OAG finds that the reasons for adopting the rules in Chapter 53 continue to exist, and this chapter is readopted in accordance with the requirements of Texas Government Code §2001.039.

The State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC) adopts the review of Title 19, Texas Administrative Code (TAC), Chapter 234, Military Service Members, Military Spouses, and Military Veterans, pursuant to the Texas Government Code, §2001.039. The SBEC proposed the review of 19 TAC Chapter 234 in the August 21, 2020 issue of the Texas Register (45 TexReg 5935).
Relating to the review of 19 TAC Chapter 234, the SBEC finds that the reasons for the adoption continue to exist and readopts the rules. No public comments were received.
This concludes the review of 19 TAC Chapter 234.
