Gold's Gym Texas, LLC, doing business as Gold's Gym Richardson, located at 110 West Campbell Road, Richardson, Texas 75080 (Registration Number 20200149), ceased operation effective 08/20/2023. The Office of the Secretary of State has been notified of this closing. If you are a former member of Gold's Gym Richardson in Richardson who had time remaining on a prepaid membership contract, you may file a claim with the Office of the Secretary of State for the value of the balance of the contract. To perfect a claim, you must send to this office a copy of the membership contract and proof of payment indicating the amount paid to Gold's Gym Richardson pursuant to the membership contract.
