Same-Day Service

Filings received by 12:00 p.m. are processed by close of business the same day.

$750 per document plus additional document filing fee

Next-Day Service

Filings received by 12:00 p.m. are processed by close of business the next business day.

$500 per document plus additional document filing fee

Standard Expedited

Filings are processed before regular submissions, typically within 2-3 business days.

$50 per document plus additional document filing fee

Standard Expedited processing is available online thru SOSPortal, by mail or in-person delivery. Include a cover letter with your email, phone number, and a request for expedited processing.

Time frame is the period of review. Requesting expedited service does not guarantee a filing, as each document is reviewed for specific statutory requirements. Business days exclude weekends and national, state, and agency holidays.
