Whether an item is payable or non-payable with Chapter 19 funds, the determination is made on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with §§81.11- 81.29 of the Texas Administrative Code (a/k/a The Chapter 19 Rules) and whether or not the funds are available.  Listed below are some items/services which this office has determined are payable and non-payable with Chapter 19 funds:
