Texas Diabetes Council
Rule Review Plan
In accordance with the Texas Government Code, §2001.039, added by Chapter 1499, Article 1, §1.11(a), 76th Legislature (1999), and the General Appropriations Act, 76th Legislature (1999) Article IX, §9-10.13, the Texas Diabetes Council submits the following plan for review of its rules. The first plan was filed with the Texas Register Division on July 29, 1998.
