TEAM System Architecture
The TEAM System is an Internet web-based application. It uses the public internet to allow counties to access the available features for voter registration, election management and jury wheel functions, and for citizens to access the voter website.

The TEAM System solution includes:
- Voter Registration, Election Management, and Jury Selection Management functionality
- Web based user interface
- Centralized security
- Near real time message queue architecture
- Validation/verification of Voter information
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Local/Mass printing capabilities
- Imaging capabilities
- Basic GIS capabilities
Counties registered with the TEAM System (called Online Counties) will have local users who can use TEAM's Voter Registration handling functions, including:
- Validation of voter information
- Statewide search capability for all county officials
- State-of-the-art reporting and query tools
Additional functions for Election Management would include:
- Early voting management
- Automated ballot certification and ballot definition process
- Reduced paperwork for counties and the state
- Interface for Election Night Returns
- Polling location and poll worker management
And, since counties build jury pools from their registered voters list, additional Jury Wheel support includes:
- Creating jury summons, jury lists, and notices
- Juror Tracking
- Tracking jury payments and making donations of jury service payments to charities

Counties not registered with the TEAM System (called Offline counties) will provide daily updates of voter and election information to the Secretary of State's Elections Division through bulk daily uploads of information from their existing systems.

The public citizen can access the TEAM System through the internet from any internet capable computer with a standard browser, to get information about their polling place, sample ballots, and voting equipment.
